Making a Purchase

To make a purchase, click on the required item to place it into your shopping basket. If you would like more than one of one item, change the number in the Quantity box and click on 'Update Basket'. Click on 'Continue Shopping' to return to the web site. Once you have made your selections, click 'Checkout'.
You can check your selections at any time by clicking on the 'View Basket' button to ensure the items and quantities are correct before proceeding with your purchase.
As we use PayPal for our Shopping Basket and 'Checkout' process, you will be asked to log in if you have registered with PayPal previously. If it is your first time purchasing with PayPal, you will be asked to register your details with the PayPal secure server.

Credit Card Security

The PayPal payment facility ensures that your card details are held on a secure server using 128 bit encryption. You will know that your transaction is secure by seeing "https" in the address bar, rather than "http" (the 's' stands for 'secure') , and also by seeing a padlock in the bottom right of the PayPal windows.

Order Process

All products are subject to availability and may be changed at any time. If your order cannot be fulfilled we will notify you by email and allow you to choose to either wait for the item to come in stock, select an alternative, or cancel the order. While we aim to process as soon as they are received, please allow 28 days for delivery.

Guarantee

If any item is received as damaged or faulty, we will always provide a refund or a replacement. Goods will be exchanged if you are not entirely satisfied. However, if goods were not faulty, they must be returned to us within 14 days of purchase in a resalable condition and in their original packaging.
Your statutory rights are not affected.

Returns Policy

If you wish to retun an item, please email us. The item must be returned to us in its original packaging.
Any repayment due will always be credited to the card used for the original transaction, but we will not be liable to refund the carriage costs.
All return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Distance Selling Directive

You have the right to cancel your order if you write to the address in 'About Us' within seven days of receipt of your order, quoting the original order number. The goods must be returned in a resalable condition, in the original packaging when returned.
Brastraps.co.uk will not be liable for refund of carriage costs already paid, or for return postage.
